Westfal-Larsen Group is committed to conduct responsible and ethical business. This encompasses all our operations in all geographical areas where we operate, and in relation to all our business partners.

Our compliance efforts ensure that the company operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as ethical standards that build trust with clients, partners, and the community.

Our guidelines for ethical conduct, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering, human rights compliance, and whistleblowing procedures apply to all employees and business partners and are integrated into our daily operations. We have established routines for training, monitoring, and reporting, and we address deviations with appropriate measures.

Our guidelines for ethical conduct are available below. In addition to this, Westfal-Larsen has internal guidelines to supplement the procedures in our daily operation as; Sanctions Policy, KYC-policy and Procurement Guidelines.

Transparency Act

The Westfal-Larsen Group actively works to promote fundamental human rights and ensure decent working conditions throughout our operations and supply chain.

In line with the requirements of the Transparency Act, we publish an annual statement on our due diligence assessments, providing information regarding actual adverse impacts and significant risks of adverse impacts that we have identified through our due diligence assessment.

A general description of the company’s organization, areas of operation, policies, and insight into how we identify and address actual and potential negative impacts on fundamental human rights and decent working conditions, can be found in the company’s Human Rights Guidelines. These documents are publicly available and are updated annually and/or as needed.

Information Requests

Under the Transparency Act, any person has the right to information regarding how Westfal-Larsen addresses actual and potential adverse impacts on human rights and decent working conditions. Information requests must be made in writing and can be sent to:
