J. Berstad Eiendom AS, in cooperation with Rambøll AS, has prepared proposals

for a new planning permission for the properties at Nøstet

In connection with the preparation of a new property development proposal, it has been important to plan the development of the area in line with the municipality’s overall plans for a compact city, by supplying Nøstet and the town with new housing accommodation. The municipality has stated that they want to open up the area in the axis from the existing wooden houses, through Nøstegaten and towards the sea, thus facilitating access to the sea front.
